Become a 2025-2026 Student Leader!

Making connections throughout the university is critical for your success as a student. As a student leader, you will have the opportunity to make and enhance connections with faculty, staff, and a variety of students from the WSU community. In addition, you benefit from learning about the policies and procedures that direct our university programs and services, which increases your campus knowledge. Our student leader positions are an integral part of the SAIL Department and its programs.

Empowering Leadership, Community, and Student Engagement

On the garden level of Ely Campus Center, Student Activities, Involvement, and Leadership (SAIL), is comprised of four main areas accessible to all students, which include Student Government Association, New Student Orientation, Campus Activities Board Programs, and leadership development programs. SAIL engages with all students to foster experiences that build community, connection, and a sense of belonging across campus. SAIL nurtures and provides personal growth and self-discovery through practical hands-on learning opportunities in over 60 registered student organizations they support.
